Shipping Policy
For U.S. Domestic Canada, & International orders, we will use UPS or Fedex to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.
Please note it may take 1-12 Business days from the date the order has been shipped out, not necessarily from the date the order was placed. Once your oder has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information based on whatever carrier and method you chose at the check out point.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that our #FabBaby receives her package within the proper time frames, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all of the required and relevant information necessary for a safe arrival & timely arrival. Free Angels is not responsible for packages once shipped to the address provided.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because we cannot ensure the style or size will be available by the time returned items come back to the headquarters, except in very limited circumstances such as damaged or incorrect items shipped we unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges.
Since we adore our #Fabbabes should she receive a damaged, or incorrect item contact our Customer Care team and once your request is received we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue immediately.
